We’ve seen HOAs with all sorts of rules, from what color roof or siding you are allowed to have, to where your building can be positioned on your property. You may even be required to get permission from your HOA before you can install any sort of building on your property. Brush Up on the Guidelines

The last thing you want is to order a green roof for your shed, only to find out later that only black, white, and gray are allowed. Before you purchase your VersaTube building, brush up on your HOA’s guidelines. 

Change Up the Look

One great thing about choosing a VersaTube building is that you can finish it pretty much any way you want. So, your HOA has outdated rules that prohibit steel buildings? First, you should probably join the HOA board and bring them up to date!
