Here’s the rundown on how our shipping works:

If your building location is within the 48 contiguous states, your shipping is free with all building and carport  purchases online.

If you live in Alaska or Hawaii - No Problem! Just give us a call to make shipping arrangements. Your VersaTube Building System will be shipped from our Arizona plant to a freight forwarding company of your choice - free of charge. Be sure to get pricing information from your chosen freight forwarding company so that you can include that in your overall project budget.

Our Free, Standard Delivery does not include unloading. You’ll be responsible for having forklift arrangements made at your building site. Otherwise, you can open the pallet and remove the various components of your building by hand. Pieces range in weight from 5-15 pounds. Unloading by hand typically takes 15-20 minutes.

Premium Delivery is available in some areas. The premium delivery service fee is $300 dollars. Premium deliveries will be made on trucks carrying forklifts. The truck driver will unload your building system pallet for you and set it down in a reasonable place. Call us in advance of your online purchase to find out if premium delivery service is available in your area.

In either case, your frame will ship within 14 days of your order. Your sheet metal components typically arrive 1-2 weeks after your building frame. The route trucks that deliver the sheet metal are typically equipped with either a boom or a forklift.
