Perhaps your family has grown over the past few years and you are trying to fit several generations under one roof. Or maybe you started a “Friendsgiving” with friends who have become your family and it’s grown as you’ve invited more and more friends. Or maybe you’re even hosting a local Thanksgiving celebration for your hometown’s tight-knit community. Either way, you may notice that your dining room is simply not going to fit everybody comfortably. What do you do?

There’s Plenty of Room for Everybody

Your VersaTube garage is probably going to be quite a bit bigger than your average dining room, so there should be plenty of room to set up a large group of tables and chairs that will fit everybody. Plus, if you insulate your garage and set up some plug-in heaters, you can get the space nice and toasty for your guests. Move your comfy outdoor furniture inside out of the elements and transform your garage into a giant living room.

Or, if you still have somewhat decent weather around Thanksgiving time, open the garage doors and string up some tea lights to create even more space to gather and enjoy an abundant meal together.

Free-up Kitchen Space

Even if you have a large kitchen, it can become overly crowded on Thanksgiving. Everyone somehow always ends up in the kitchen, offering to help cook food or asking when the turkey is going to be done. Moving the seating out into your VersaTube garage will free up some prep space for all those pies and stuffing.

Get Creative with the Meal

Don’t want to be in the kitchen away from the festivities? Make it a Thanksgiving barbecue, weather permitting. Ask family and friends to bring their own barbecues well, and everyone can prepare a few dishes each, right there outside of your garage. And let’s face it; smoked turkey is dang delicious.
