The VersaTube Product Pledge
There are a lot of companies out there boasting big, long term warranties. Warranties that far exceed the length of time that many of these companies have been in business manufacturing their products.
How can a company claim that their products and designs will hold up for at least 20 years if they have only been manufacturing their products for 5 or 10 years? Where is their data coming from that backs up their warranty and their claims?
The VersaTube Product Pledge is a 20 year structural warranty on all framing components of our buildings from the date of purchase - And yes, we’ve been in business longer than 20 years!
We’ve been in business since 1994 so we have the data, and countless happy customers that prove our framing systems work and last.
Natural events such as these AREN’T covered under our warranty, but these images are a testament to the structural integrity of our designs. Again, the data shows that our steel buildings stand the test.
We are proud of our products and appreciative of our customers. For those reasons, we offer the VersaTube Product Pledge - It’s no gimmick.
Your building will go through an extensive inspection process prior to leaving our plant, but if any component should not meet your expectations, we’ll be glad to replace the part at no charge within 30 days of purchase.
If assembled correctly, maintained, and utilized correctly, our buildings will exceed your needs. Should there be a defective part that fails at some point, we’ll be glad to replace the part at no charge.
Again, the defect can’t be caused by an unanticipated Act of God or nature, an accident, customer modifications or negligence, or any type of internal or external impact. Improper assembly or installation may also void the warranty.
We don’t anticipate you needing to make a warranty claim, but rest assured - if you do, we’ll be there to help you get your VersaTube Building System fully functional in a hassle-free, timely manner.
