Spring is in the air and with the changing season we begin to anticipate outdoor activities again. Several years ago, the Johnsons installed an in-ground pool to enjoy on those hot days of summer. They would tell you it was one of the best investments they ever made. It has been a wonderful gathering spot for friends and family alike.

But just as Spring follows Winter, Fall and Winter follow Summer. Because of their midwest location, the Johnsons are only able to use their pool for about a third of the year. Once those chilly Autumn days begin they have to put the pool to bed for another year. Every time they were in the process of closing the pool they would express the longing to be able to enjoy it just a bit longer.

Last year they decided to make a change that would allow them to enjoy their pool longer. They began considering enclosing their pool so they could enjoy it more. The Johnsons also opted to add an enclosed changing area with a sink and toilet. The ability to change out of a wet swimsuit instead of making a dash for the house in the dead of winter was worth the additional cost.

Now the Johnsons can host year-round gatherings for all their friends and family. In fact, this past Thanksgiving everyone chose to do some laps in the pool to work off all those delicious calories. This addition has opened up new ways to connect and relax with their friends and loved ones.
