A 40x60 building is a good, middle-sized building that’s appropriate for a number of uses. Order a standard 12 foot tall for most applications, or order as tall as 16 feet for more storage, to accommodate a lift, or for whatever purpose fits your needs.

Buildings this size - 2,400 square feet - can be used for personal or business storage, to house equipment for your business or farm, or even to house livestock. Insulate the entire building and run heat and air, or partition off a portion of it as finished, climate-controlled office space. For comfort and convenience build out a half bath, too. In a 40x60 steel building, there’s plenty of room.
