Return Policy
VersaTube Building Systems offers a 15-day limited return policy on all orders.
To return a kit, it must be palletized or bundled with secure strapping for the return shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all return freight expenses.
VersaTube kits often weigh in excess of 1000 pounds and are delivered via a premium delivery service. For this reason, there will be a 35% restocking fee charged on all return orders.
