Delivery Standard and Premium

VersaTube Building Systems includes standard shipping for all online orders.  The kit is carefully packed and shipped on a large pallet which can often weigh in excess of 1000 pounds.  Our delivery trucks can be up to 53’ long and require room to maneuver.

Standard delivery involves the driver arriving at your residence, place of business, or building site.  It is the responsibility of the customer to remove the kit from the truck.  Many of our customers rent a forklift or know someone who owns one.  Others will open the pallet and remove the pieces by hand.  Most VersaTube components weigh between 5 and 15 pounds, so your shipment can easily be offloaded by hand within 15 - 20 minutes.

Premium delivery service is available in some areas.  If you chose the premium delivery service when purchasing your structure, the driver will arrive with a forklift to offload your kit and deliver it up to 100 feet onto the property.  The fee for premium delivery service is $300 and is paid at the time of the order.  If premium delivery is not available in your area, the fee will be cheerfully refunded.
