Shipping the Frame

VersaTube Building Systems includes standard shipping for all online orders. We ship throughout the continental United States. Here are a few things you should know:

1. Our kits can weigh in excess of 1,000 pounds (454 kg) - Each structure is carefully packed and shipped one or more large pallet(s). 

2. It is common for the kit to arrive in multiple shipments. Typically, the frame will arrive first followed by the sheet metal approximately 2 weeks later. 

Frame Delivery - You will receive a phone call from our partner freight company within 24 hours of the frame leaving our plant. At that time, the freight company will provide an estimated time of arrival for your frame delivery.

3. Our delivery trucks can be up to 53’ long and require room to maneuver.  

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery -  Our partner freight company will deliver the pallets at your residence, place of business, or building site. It is your responsibility to remove the kit from the truck (either by personal fork lift or by breaking into the pallet and removing components separately).

Premium Delivery - Our partner freight company will arrive with a forklift to offload your kit and deliver it up to 100 feet from the truck. This service is an extra $300, and is only available in certain areas of the country. If premium delivery is not available in your area, a VersaTube team member will let you know immediately after the purchase. At that time, the fee will be cheerfully refunded, and our team will help think of creative solutions for unloading the pallet.
