Home Depot Delivery
Please note this article is intended for Home Depot customers who placed online orders through homedepot.com.
Important:
Often VersaTube units are delivered on a very large truck (the trailer itself is about 53'). If this will be an issue, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for alternate delivery means.
Unloading:
You can use either a tractor or forklift or, as most customers do, open the pallet and remove the pieces by hand to unload your structure. (Please note: No one part of your kit weighs more than 20 pounds so hand unloading should be fairly easy.)
If offloading the sheet metal by hand, please wear protective leather work gloves as the edges are very sharp. When offloading, please lay the sheet metal down, preferably off the ground (on a pallet or tarp). If you plan to store the sheet metal outside while stacked in bundles, protect it from the elements with a waterproof cover.
Additional Advice:
Please perform an inventory of your kit within the first 30 days of offloading the structure. If there are any issues with the product, email us immediately at [email protected] so we can send you no cost replacement components.
