Cancellation Policy
VersaTube Building Systems makes every effort to manufacture and deliver your frame structure within a very quick two week period. In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your order, it must be cancelled within 24 hours of the order confirmation to receive a full refund.
Once we have moved beyond the first 24 hours, we will have already started the manufacturing process. For this reason we must charge a 35% cancellation fee, if the product has not yet been shipped.
If the structure is in transit but not yet delivered, we will require a 50% cancellation fee and you will also be charged for any return shipping charges. Once delivery has been attempted, even if the shipment is not accepted, no refunds will be permitted.
