Missing Parts
VersaTube Building Systems are carefully packed on a large pallet and securely bound to prevent damage during transit. However, we understand that accidents can happen and we’re ready to help.
Should the shipment arrive with missing parts, just follow the steps below. This will help us to replace the part(s) as quickly as possible.
- • A Care Package email was sent to you. It includes a list of all the parts required to complete your structure (this may be different that the parts listed in the universal instructions manual).
- • Carefully inventory the components you received against the care package parts list to ensure the part is truly missing. NOTE: occasionally parts may arrive connected to each other.
- • In the Care Package email we sent you will also fiind a Missing / Damaged parts form.
- • Complete and return the Missing / Damaged parts form.
- • Our Customer Experience team will immediately take action to get the replacement part to you.
